1. Returns

  2. Ship the Item: Once your return request is approved, you will need to ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for paying the return postage fees unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
  3. Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to determine the condition of the product.
    • As-New Condition: If the item is in as-new condition, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
    • Not As-New Condition: If the item is not in as-new condition, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

3. Refunds
